JAPANESE Flareon* from.. Power Keepers?

I was in searching to complete my promo players set cards through good sellers, and I found interesting Flareon* in japanese version (NOT promo players fan club) from Power Keepers... since there is NO japanese set.

if this really does exists, then what kind it's XD?

The japanese equivilant to power keepers was the World Championship packs.

it was holographic? I heard it was supposed to be non holo.

Japanese cards can have their differences from other cards. For example, the US shiny Pokemon card is reverse holo but the Japanese is just holographic. So, maybe this is just another difference.
