Japanese Sets

I noticed that red collection will be Noble Victories, so do we always get Japanese sets, just a week later? So like, Hail Blizzard and Psycho Drive will be released in the U.K after Noble Victories?

Noble Victories isn't just made up of Red Collection. There are a few miscellaneous cards here and there, though quite a bit of it is made up of Red Collection.
Red Collection was also released in July, while we're getting Noble Victories in November, which is far from a week later. C:
