Ruling Jellicent's Vengeful Wish

If this Pokemon was damaged by an attack during
your opponent's last turn, this attack does the same
amount of damage to the defending Pokemon.

My question is say that Jellicent had a hard charm attached to it and the opponent is attacking for
120 damage, this damage would then be reduced to 100 damage. If I attack with Vengeful Wish, would
Jellicent do 120 damage, or just 100?

Next time please post a scan of the entire card(s) in question.

Vengeful Wish would do 100 damage, as that's the same amount of damage your opponent's attack did. The damage is referring to he final result, after Weakness, Resistance, and any other effects (like Hard Charm) are applied, not the attack's base damage.
