Jirachi/Deoxys with Metagross/Mismagius

Does anyone else agree these cards have synergy? Basically the Deoxys with the right energy acceleration maintains no damage counters and constant 60s. This can be obtained through various methods. Metang UL would also be a great along the way setup card while setting up Deoxys/Metagross. Not really 100% sure how this would work but I'd love some help and opinions on this.
 
It would be a cool idea but 80 is a really easy number to hit in this metagame so Deoxys can be OHKOed without a fuss. Yanmega w/ PlusPower/Kingdra, Zekrom, Reshiram, Samurott w/ water/pluspower, etc. Also, 60 isn't very much damage, 2HKOing and 3HKOing the meta while they mostly OHKO you back. It would be a cool league deck though. If you are thinking of using this, I'd remove the Metagross. All your Pokemon have 1 retreat, so Dodrio is superior to it if you even need one of the two, and you could just pay the cost normally since it isn't much.
 
Yeah I wasn't sure just figured I would throw the idea around. Metagross is only in because it makes sense with Metang in the deck.
 
Jirachi is way better than Metang and Dodrio is way better than Metagross. I personally don't think you have a need for it. I don't even think you'd need Dodrio. Anyway, some people are thinking of using an engine like this for Mewtwo EX or Gothitelle, which have better health and damage output so they are generally the better option (although Gothitelle is only available at prereleases and Mewtwo EX isn't even out in Japan yet).
 
I feel that Deoxys is the only problem with this. I've been completely murdered by Mismagios Metagross Jirachi, but Deoxys looks to me as if it would just slow it down. I haven't tried it, but that's just what I'm thinking
 
Yeah I was checking out Mewtwo EX and I like the hype on it so thats kinda what spawned this. I don't think 60 per turn is too bad but not the best deck I agree.
 
Actually, Mewtwo EX would be the bomb in this. You could easily get it set up quite fast, and hit for an insane amount, the only drawback being the 2 prizes once Mewtwo EX is knocked out.

You should be looking at Electrode for this deck. Electrode to serve as an energy engine and Reuniclus to keep Mewtwo from being KOd. Mewtwo with Eviolite would be almost unbeatable with that setup.
 
I ran Jirachi/Metagross and it failed. About 2 wins. Hopefully Mismagius would help, or maybe I just had a bad build, but from experience, it's just too slow.

im gonna put it out there; deoxys is terrible. compare it's power to the power of Reshiram... No contest.
 
Drop the deoxys because its just purly a bad card, id say just run the strait jirachi,metagross, missmagius maby somthing like this(idk if this would be good because i have never built a deck like this)

2 or 3 jirachi
3-2-3 metagross (its a good attacker and has a good pokebody)
3-2/1 mismagius (maby also use the one with poltergies because i think its pretty good)
