Ruling Jirachi (HS Unleashed)

Does anyone know how time hollow is suposed to work?
Do you have to make all selections at the same time or is it possible to take down a Lv. X to basic assuming you have the necessary energies attached to Jirachi.

You make all the selections at the same time. You can remove a Lv X if you removed the pokemon it evolved from.

To add to RB Golbat:

If your opponent has a Basic Pokemon that has leveled up, such as Luxray GL LV.X, you cannot target it with Time Hollow. Pokemon LV.X, while in play, copy the stage of the Pokemon just below it, so Luxray GL LV.X is a Basic Pokemon when in play. If you target an Evolved LV.X, such as Gengar LV.X, you remove both the Gengar LV.X and the Gengar, and they both return to the same place.
