Hi! So I decided to take a small break from my Neo Destiny Revival set and create a set similar to the Gym era (Owner's Pokemon) but using Neo blanks (blanks by icycatelf on DA). In this set I will try to make a balance between playability and interesting effects and hopefully they would be playable. In this set:
(1) Pokemon from 16 Gym Leaders, as well as the main antagonists and protagonists of the Gen 2 series will be included. I might include other important NPC's as well, if anyone suggests.
(2) The set will include around 200 cards (excluding Trainers).
(3) I will only upload cards at certain milestones using stash links.
(4) The power level is a bit stronger than the Neo era and is designed for Rocket onwards to Skyridge.
