So with the upcoming Awakening of the Psychic Kings and the already released Generations, we have been seeing some interesting cards this time around. With this said, there are two cards in my opinion that are or will be getting a fair amount of hype in my opinion.

It's true that their attack are somewhat low, but their abilities are what make them rather effective. Jolteon EX's attack prevents any Basic Pokémon from attacking while Glaceon EX prevents any Evolved Pokémon from attacking. With this said,what are some opinions of the viability of these two cards in other decks or possibly make a deck solely around them together?
