JPN or ENG booster boxes?

Which one would be a better deal? Meaning, getting rares, Level X's, etc. etc. I was told that JPN booster boxes are the better deal, but they're almost the same price as an english box, yet contain 16 less packs.

Which one would you prefer and why?
 
Well, I would personally buy a JP box, figuring what you said you get more lv.X's, SR, and Rares, which is good when you need cards from that set. And besides you can find JP boxes for like $20 less on Ebay. But this is just my opinion.
It's better to get like 3 lv.Xs, 4 secret rares than 2 lv.Xs and 1 secret rare.
 
Yes, As long as you provide scans from the go-pokemon? website and tell your TO before you start.
 
I'd go for the JPN one, because it is less on ebay, and you do get a lot more LV. X's/SR from them. My friend got 2 JPN boxes, and got 6 Lv. X's. (This was LA, so no SR yet)
