Enter Juliacoolo's Hand drawn pokemon competition! Participants will draw the selected pokemon, using any non-digital tools. They will be judged by :

Degree of difficulty: Is it a stick figure, or a diverse drawing. out or 20 points
Originality: Is it an obvious copy from sugimori? Or is it new, and unique? out of 10.
Clenlyness: Is it scribbled, and smudged? or nice, and clean? Out of 10
Actractiveness: Is It a nice picture? Something someone might like enough to use in a banner or Avy? out of 10.

We need 2 more judges, and 8 competitors who will be hand-drawing... Flygon! Picture must be colored. Sign up now!

I'll join but I can't scan anything until next week on tuesday or wednesday, I don't know because I'm moving in.
 
Ok. We won't be moving on for a while unless we can get some competitors.

Anyways, will the drawings need a background or is it just for the Pokémon? (Because if backgrounds aren't going to be needed, then I'll enter.)

Why don't you try without using scans. I've done some okay work using MS Paint.
 
Because some of us may be entering using traditional media. I guess I'll enter. I'll be using a traditional artistic medium.

So, do we need a background or not?
 
@ dragonexpert: Thins is a hand drawing competition, not MS Paint or Gimp or other. You can tell by Juliacoolo's HAND DRAWN chikorita.
 
If I can't use MS Paint then I have to drop since I don't have a scanner.
 
Eh, I guess I'll enter even if backgrounds are needed, so ignore my first post about me not entering if they needed a background. I really need to get back into using non-digital tools for coloring art in. It should be a lot of fun!

So, in other words, I'm in either way - background or no.

And yes, this is hand drawn only, no digital...ness at all.
Since a certain someone mmight just happen to win, the 2nd place contestant will also be mentioned.
The timeline will be extended.
NO background is required.
