I would add 2 Crobat Gs so you have a way of doing extra damage to the opponent. And you have the Poketurns in there anyway. I would take out two grass energies for the Crobats
 
i saw a good jumpluff during battleroads and it had vileplume, and spiritomb it was pretty nasty. maybe you could try that idea.
 
glaceon: Syaymin is agood card, but all of the locking decks use Gengar Lv. X And it would be a waste of cards.

Lost Cyclone: I might try that, but still it could hurt if I'm against a trainer lock.

Keleyn: I might try that, but with only 1 Crobat G because I've got the Luxray GL Lv.X

davylee: It would probably slow it down, with it being a speed deck.
 
I'd either drop a Rare Candy, or a Skiploom. If you're trying to escape trainer lock, you really don't need 4 candy. If you are desperate to free up some space I'd:
- 1 Pokemon Communication
-1 Rare Candy
You can replace those cards with whatever you need. Otherwise you've got a pretty standard LuxPluff deck so yeah.....pretty solid decklist.
 
- 2 Cynthia's
- 1 Judge
- 1 Palmer's
+ 4 PONT

For maximum consistency.
Not sure if you need to play Cyrus and 4 Poke Turn.. Jumpluff is a FAST deck, and I think only 3 Turns without any Cyrus could be better.

and I would also drop a candy to add another BTS.
Basicly because the best start you could get is a collector and a bts in your oppening hand with something to search out a sunflora (luxury ball, pokemon communication, uxie).
 
Well, I always draw my BTS and I barely get my Rare Candy. I have replaced 1 Cynthia's Feeling's with a Twins, also
