Or MegaJump, as my friend called it. I already used this deck for a City Championships and got 3rd place. Looking to do better next weekend.

Pokemon: 24

Hoppip HS x 4
Skiploom HS x 3
Jumpluff HS x 3
Yanma TR x 2
Yanmega Prime x 2
Sunkern x 2
Sunflora x 2
Uxie x 2
Uxie Lv. X x 1
Sableye x 3

Trainers/Supporters/Stadium:

Expert Belt x 1
Luxury Ball x 1
Pokemon Communication x 2
Rare Candy x 2
Bebe's Search x 2
Copycat x 2
Cyrus's Conspiracy x 2
Judge x 3
Palmer's Contribution x 1
Pokemon Collector x 3
Seeker x 2
Twins x 2
Broken Time-Space x 2
Miasma Valley x 2

Energy: 9

Grass x 9

I chose these two Pokemon for their free retreat and 0/1 energy cost. The fact that Jumpluff has no Poke-Powers/Bodies helps if Umbreon happens. I got around lot of stuff and it worked out pretty well, but I would like some input if I want to take this deck to Cities again.

-1 hoppip
+ Sableye
-2 Twins
-2 Cyrus
+ 1 BTS
+ 1 Rare Candy
+ 1 Expert Belt
+ 1 Communication.

The reason why I suggested the changes is because since you only running 3 jumpluff I would only do a 3-3-3. You would hate to have a hoppip starter. Add 1 sableye just to increase the chance of starting with him. I would run twins or Cyrus. Because with twins it's a situational card. More than likey you would be a head in prizes. Jumpluff and yanmega are fast and it's no need for twins. If you want to run twins then I would replace sableye with spirtomb. Also I wouldn't run Cyrus because with 9 energy you have a high probability of starting with one. All in all a good deck. Good luck to you

Eh, I run a similar deck. Except I have Shaymin X tech. Maxed out Judges and Copycats. I'd take out 3 grass energies, put in a Rescue or two. I'd also run LA Yanma or SV Yanma. Only +20 Weakness, as opposed to x2. Great decklist from what I see.

But Yanmega TR is great because of its useful pokebody. Let's say you start off with a Yanma and no benched. Power up Jumpluff or Yanmega on the bench, then retreat for free. However, if you can get your hands on a Shiny Yanma from SV, you should work great with a 1 Shiny SV and 1 LA Yanma.
That's it. Hope I helped.
