Ruling Junk arm or item finder ?

So item finder is better than junk arm or does it do the same ? because of the new ruling it states trainer items, statdium, supporter item finder can get all and junk arm can only get items ? Sorrry for posting again the website doesnt let me reply to past threads.

Item Finder: Can retrieve any Item, Supporter, or Stadium from the discard pile, even another Item Finder
Junk Arm: Can only retrieve an Item, and it cannot retrieve another Junk Arm. Also, if you discarded an eligible Item as 1 of the 2 cards for Junk Arm, you can pick it up. (Item Finder cannot.)

Any card between DP and CoL that refers to trainers refers only to Items.
