Okay, so in my city championship deck, I am going to play two Mightyena from Delta Species, and 3 Mightyena EXs from Holon Phantoms, I'm pretty sure thats legal, but I am just making sure, can I do that??

yes you can use up to 4 mightena d and 4 mightyena "ex"
yes you can do that because their name is different. one is Mightyena δ & the other 1 is Mightyena ex....
