If I have an Electivire Lv. X out and I use his attack to discard a Cessation Crystal on my opponent (just an example), what would happen if my opponent played a warp point?

A. It only prevents effects or damage caused by attacks. Any affects or damage caused by Poke-POWERs, Poke-BODYs, trainers, supporters, etc. still happens. (Aug 30, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

So Electivire gets switched. And because he went to the Bench, the protection effect of Pulse Barrier comes off.
