Ruling Kecleon PLF & Dimension Valley

Hey Professors! Here with another ruling question. This one has me stumped. The scenario is I have a Kecleon PLF active, my opponent has a Pumpkaboo PHF active, and Dimension Valley is in play. I have 2 Energy on my Kecleon, and I use Imittack to copy Pumpkaboo's Night March. Would I be able to do this? Would the effect of Dimension Valley apply to attacks that Kecleon is copying with Imittack? I know this works with Mew-EX, but I thought it might be different with Kecleon because of how it's worded. "If this Pokémon has the necessary Energy to use that attack, use it as this attack."

As always, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :D

Yes, Kecleon could use Night March in this scenario. The reason being is that the "necessary energy" is only 2 colorless due to his new typing and Dimension Valley. :) Mew is worded roughly the same "You still need the necessary energy to use each attack."

Essentially, ask yourself - if this was printed as an attack on Kecleon, could I use it right now? All factors, erm...factored in. :)
