No Mewtwo EX?! Shocker! If you want to test these builds with Mewtwo EX I'd recommend these changes:-

Deck 1:-

-1 Keldeo BC47
+1 Mewtwo EX

Deck 2:-

-1 Ditto
+1 Mewtwo EX

In this build Ditto could also be replaced by 1 Level Ball or another non-EX attacker!

Deck 3

-1 Keldeo BC47
+1 Mewtwo EX

With all 3 decks you could run Scramble Switch as you ACE SPEC. You should be aiming to attack with both Black Kyurem EX and Lugia EX from Turn 4. Scramble Switch is great assistance with the surprise attack. T4 Skyla for Scramble Switch, Ultra Ball for BKEX/LugiaEX, attach a Basic Lightning/Plasma... Play Scramble Switch and you'll have your opponent in tears! Haha

Dowsing Machine provides two important factors however that I value higher than what Scramble Switch can do. It adds to the decks consistence in setting up, as you can now comfortably Ultra Ball a Rare Candy away on T1 before using Draw Support as Dowsing Machine can get it back when you need it! Mainly however it gives you an extra Catcher in the late game! Or any other trainer you need back!

I hope this has helped!

Peace

Dowsing Machine practically gives you 61 cards as you can discard two basic energy cards and get them back with Energy Retreival to accelerate!
