My strategy is to accelerate energy with Blastoise onto Keldeo, Mewtwo, or Black Kyurem.
I skipped out on the Tropical beach. Unless I magically receive two for free, I'm not going to put them in my deck because I don't have the money.

I really feel the deck would be too slow to really work well. The first thing I will suggest is changing Giant Cape to Eviolite. Reducing damage from attacks by 20 is much better than just giving it 20 extra HP. It can turn some attacks into 2HKOs and 3HKOs depending on what attack. Articuno EX just seems so random in the deck. It doesn't really fit the strategy ( which you do need to put ). This also means you'd want to get rid of Colress Machine and the two Plasma Energies. With those 4 spaces I'd suggest two more Reshiram and a Tool Scrapper. This focuses your deck more which will make it more consistent.

Altaria is only worth playing if you have multiple copies of it in the deck. I'd remove the 2-1 line of that for 3 N to give you more draw support. I'd also remove 1 Water Energy for Computer Search if you can get one. Another one should be removed for a fourth N so you can get maximum draw power. A couple of the Water Energies should also be changed to Fire since your deck is now nearly all fire energy attacks.

Thanks! Um, when I get on Skype would you be willing to think of some trades? I'm low on water energy and I need eviolite.also, one more Victini might not hurt. I can tell you what cards I have or we can pm each other. Doesn't even have to be on Skype since I won't get on until much much much later...

-2 DCE
-1 Water Energy
-1 Fire Energy
+4 Blend Energy WLFM

You Don't want that many energies and if running 2 types, it is usually recommended to add blends to up the chances of obtaining the energies that will come in handy. Also you might want to add catchers, after all they are quite helpful at times, hope I helped!

Catchers tend to be rare and hard for me to get, but I don't know about the blend energy. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for helping!

Prism Energy from next Destinies would actually be better than Blend Energy. You aren't using evolved Pokemon so it will provide every type of energy when it is attached to one of your Pokemon.

If you've got that much space just place hammers or something. Maybe even Potion, just not 23 energies.

Why would you play Reshiram in a format with Lasers, and Keldeo. Reshiram will just die instantly to anything it comes up against. Keldeo can take a 120, and dish out 130 for a KO. Darkrai + HTL + Dark Claw doesn't even need Virbank to kill it. This'd be different if it was something that could OHKO an EX but it won't.

-3 Reshiram (explained above, too little HP)

+1 Eviolite (2 of these is very important for this deck)
+2 Mewtwo EX (You need this to get rid of opposing Mewtwo's and Blastoise Keldeo decks.)

Eviolite is very cheap, and Mewtwo you can get for $10 for the single card or $20 for the tin.
