Discussion Keldeo Rush In Counters

So, I have a Keldeo EX in my custom plasma so I can to Blizzard Burn each turn, and I was wondering, are there any major counters to it? I just want to be prepared. The only one I can think of is is the opponent has a powerful grass pokemon and a Lysandre.

Keldeo is countered by streamed Silent Lab, streamed Hex Maniac, Garbotoxin and Banette ROS. These all prevent you from using Rush In or retreating effectively. Using a [G] Pokemon and a Lysandre is not a counter if all you use Keldeo for is to retreat, as you can simply drop another Keldeo and a Float Stone if you get KO'd. A [G] Pokemon as a counter should only be used if Keldeo-EX is attacking.

I thought a grass would be a counter with lysandre because then they could lysandre the keldeo and then use the grass weakness to there advantage to get the knock out. Thanks for the advice, though!
EDIT: I am using one Keldeo

Even still, players won't really look to counter Keldeo with a [G] type.

They will look for the measures I listed.

I never though rush-in retreat was ever something that is, well, I would ever consider as something to counter for, I would be more focused on EX-attackers and since rush-in is technically a 100hp non-ex it doesn't seem relevant to counter when I can go after something else more relevant or something that is easier to take efficient prizes from. That or play 2 lysandre.

Disruption: Head ringer, Hex Maniac, Xerosic (to discard a float stone), Silent Lab, Garb.
Attackers: Leafeon, Sceptile/M Sceptile EX, VirGen, and anything that hits 170 + Lysandre.

What you should know is that if your opponent is attacking your Keldeo, then you are doing something right. It's a minor setback for you that gets rid of a non-attacker. It's like getting rid of Malamar-EX in a fairy deck; sure, both are useful, but they aren't getting rid of your main threat, which is Xerneas EX or Florges EX (Kyurem in your case), nor your main support Aromatisse (Deoxys or Thundurus). They should have fried a much bigger fish is all I'm saying, which is what I think many opponents would do in a similar situation, unless if it's the last two prizes sensibly.

Ninjask/wobafett decks could be a counter. It may be a rogue deck, but it seems to be all I see at my leagues. I think they are very good decks using ninjask to switch with wobafett and with ariados' poison and virbank, it would really hurt a keldeo deck OHKO keldeo-EX and take 2 prizes, or even lock keldeo from retreating the active.
