Ruling Keldeo Rush in to BKEXs attack.

Lets say I use Black Kyurem EX's (Boundaries Crossed) attack where the effect states "This pokemon can't attack during your next turn," and then I use Keldeo EX's ability Rush In, and then I retreat back to Black Kyurem EX. Can I use Black Kyurem's attack again?

There is a question that is just like this in the FAQ also. The attacker in the FAQ is Kyurem EX.~KA
