Pokemon Ken Sugimori messed up

I was on Heerosferret's livejournal, and a recent entry showed that Sugimori's redrawn silver looks like roark, if you add the hat and glasses.

creepy. Apparently Sugimori is (A) losing sleep (B) checking to see if we are paying attention or (C) running out of ideas.

It's either:

A) him, When he was Younger. (Which would verify the Time-Capsule trading,)
or
B) A coincidence. Sort of like Torterra and Venusaur.

If anything, I think Roark is a take off SILVER, I mean Look at the hair.
I think HG/SS is just a snazzier version
