I started playin like when i was 5 and stopped when i was like 8.Now i'm 11 and want to start again. I bought three packs of Ex Power Keepers today can u give me some tips for the cards i got with it also can u tell me wat decks packs and singles i should get?thx!

That fact that that's only 27 cards means you're not even half way into making a deck... Try either:
1) Going to prerelease
2) Muyng LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS .etc of boosters
3) Buy a preset deck.

Get a theme deck and start collecting your way up, that's the best option you currently have...
