Have been thinking about this deck for a little while now and then I saw it perform well in a local, albeit small, BR and then again on a JWittz video so i decided to try and build it. So here is what I have right now and any help would be appreciated thanks.

Strategy: Basically just get a full bench to be able to hit 100 with Cinccino every turn while being able to Spray Splash with Kingdra Prime to help with the higher HP pokemon (Reshiram, Zekrom, Gothitelle, etc.).

PETM is really situational, and with all of your hand-refresher cards, you're pretty much bound to pull the Cinccino/Kingdra Prime when need be. Switch is used to get rid of the Beartic Lock, if you ever run into it. The Junk Arm needs to be maxxed out, so we can abuse Catcher and PlusPower to our heart's desire.

I wasn't really sold on PETM so I could definitley lose it for the 2 Switch and yea after testing a little bit more I think I can drop the Cheren down to 2 or maybe even 1 and add in the 4th Junk arm and maybe a 4th Juniper. Thanks a lot for your input!
 
Hrm...

If I were you, which I'm not, I'd be concerned with so many Rescue Energy. It's doubtful you'd use all of them in one match, considering you only have 6 prizes total. Unless you are totally set on just attacking with Cincinno, I'd drop one for another Water Energy for late game Kingdra'ing to pick off scraps.
