Strategy: use Lumineon to get basics as active then snipe with kingdra. Mankey is in the to counter Luxray. Crobat g for flash bite. Uxie for draw power. Regice to discard energy for LA kingdras 1st attack.

Cities is tomorow so i need help. What would be good to make this deck better?
 
Kingdra shouldn't have much of a problem with Luxray because it can on shot it...

I think you should add one more rare candy for 1.drop the UL kindra and add another prime. add donphan prime to counter electric decks instead of mankey. more bebes and palmers too. i dont really gt unown q and why hes in there. yeah free retreat is nice but its not that big of a deal when you have more palmers. at least 2 or 3 palmers should do
 
The Unown q is necessary IMO because it free retreats, well, almost anyone in your deck. Use it on a pixie to get it out of the active position instead of wasting energy. Anyone else can do. I would drop the UL Kingdra and a few Water energy because they only need one energy.

I think you could add more candies and you could drop 1 seadra so it was 4-2-4. But only go 4-2-4 if you get another candy.
