OKey here is another Kigndra Question.
It involves One Kingdra and One Garchomp.

Okay if my kingdra uses Protective swirl ( makes it so that Kingdra Ex has no Weakness during your opponets turn )

Okay does Garchomps Rainbow Scale still work on him?? if garchomp has an Electric energy on him??

"has no Weakness" means exactly what it says.
