Tactic - Use politoed's ability to give all my poli's amazing bonuses. They are striking force. Kingra with expert belt hit 30 on any pokemon each turn and donphan deals with luxray or used as a speed card at start of game.

Expert doesnt add damage to spray splash. I would drop the kingdra and donphan lines as focus on the politoed lines, or else it'll be really inconsistent. Add in tons of consistency cards and focus on getting out all the evolutions so that you do extra damage because of politoed LA. You may want to add something in to counter DGX though.

Um why is Donphan in here? With few searching cards it is unlikely you will get him out. 16 TSS is far too few and 30 PKM is far too much. I would either focus on Kingdra or Politoad.
