Ohai everyone, Materious here trying once again to bring life to a "possibly" forgotten card. I say possibly because until the set even comes out, who is to say how good Registeel EX will do in the upcoming BW-on format. Anyways, here's my shot at the deck list

Pokemon:
2 Registeel EX (DGX)
2 Groudon EX (DEX)
1 Darkrai EX (DEX)
1 Kyurem EX (NXD)
3 Klinklang (76/114 B&W)
1 Klang (76/108 DEX)
3 Klink (75/108 DEX)
SubTotal: 13

T/S/St:
4 N
3 Professor Juniper
3 Cheren
1 Bianca

4 Heavy Ball
4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Max Potion
3 Eviolite
3 Rare Candy
2 Switch
2 Ultra Ball
2 Random Receiver
2 Super Scoop Up
2 Tool Scrapper
SubTotal: 39

Energy:
4 Prism Energy
4 Blend Energy {W}{L}{F}{M}
SubTotal: 8
Total: 60

Basic Strat: This is a stall deck. Registeel's Protect Charge hits decently while reducing damage done to him by 20. Groudon can spread and then catcher up some massive damage. Kyurem replaces my Enhanced Hammers for special energy lockdown and Darkrai gives them all free retreat. Klinklang moves around energy so I can Max Potion and Super Scoop Up with little repercussions. Tool scrapper to get rid of those annoying Eviolites and Rescue Scarves. Heavy Balls search out Registeel as well as everyone in the Klinklang line (Klink and Klang from DEX have 3 retreat) and all of my other EX's (Except Darkrai, thats what the ultraballs are for)

Card Translations:
Registeel-EX – Metal – HP180
Basic Pokemon

{C}{C}{C} Triple Laser: Choose 3 of your opponent’s Pokemon. This attack does 30 damage to each of them. (Don’t apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
{M}{M}{C}{C} Protect Charge: 80 damage. During your opponent’s next turn, this Pokemon recieves 20 less damage from attacks.

When Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 4

------------------------------------------------

Tool Scrapper – Trainer

Choose up two Pokemon Tools attached to either player’s Pokemon, then discard them.

You can use any number of Trainer cards during your turn.

------------------------------------------------

Blend Energy {W}{L}{F}{M} – Special Energy

This card provides 1 {C} Energy. As long as this card is attached to a Pokemon, it provides either {W}, {L}, {F}, or {M} Energy, but only 1 Energy at a time.

RE: Klink, Klang, Klinklanglang (Registeel EX/Cobalion) BW-on

I'd say take out the crushing hammers and replace them with enhanced Hammers.

-2 Crushing Hammer (Not needed really)
+2 Enhanced Hammer (You'll use this a lot with blend and DCE's)

Other than that, great list, I have been looking into making this deck myself.:)

Yeah I'll play around with hammer combinations to see where I like it. So right now I'll start with the:

-2 Crushing Hammer
+2 Enhanced Hammer

and see where that takes me. Unfortunately it's difficult to play test something like this against current BDsIF zekeels and darkrai/tornadus because no tournament list of those is running with DGX cards. Plus I have no idea how RayEels or Gartaria lists will look like in the future or if Garbador is going to be a problem, not to mention if Ho-oh suddenly becomes popular and weakness is a b****. Despite all of that nonsense, I needed to get this idea out of my head and onto paper before I forget about it.

I'm also going to drop the Super Rod for another Switch. If I'm careful enough, I shouldn't have a need to get energies from my discard back into my deck. Plus I have no way to retreat nicely since I'm not using Darkrai + Prism so I could use the extra switches.

-1 Super Rod
+1 Switch

Garbador won't be a problem, not in the least.

RE: Klink, Klang, Klinklanglang (Registeel EX/Cobalion) BW-on

Garador = Catcher Bait...

I'm wondering, how does Registeel EX work. I've seen him, and I'm thinking he's one of those cards that doesn't work on paper, but play tests really well??

RE: Klink, Klang, Klinklanglang (Registeel EX/Cobalion) BW-on

Once he is set up for his second attack, it's really mean, because if you attach an Eviolite, you can reduce all damage done to it by 40. Other than that he's used as a splashable spread machine.

RE: Klink, Klang, Klinklanglang (+EX's galore) BW-on

Alright I've been messing around with this deck a lot and I've decided to go in a different direction. I know I previously stated I wanted to stay away from Klinklang/Corners but there are too many problems with the last list to really work with it. So this is now a Klinklang/Corners.

First off I'm going to shred the list down and rebuild it:

-1 Registeel EX
-2 Cobalion
-3 Enhanced Hammer
-1 Switch
-10 {M}
Total: -17

+1 Darkrai EX
+1 Kyurem EX
+2 Groudon EX
+1 Klinklang (BW)
+1 Pokemon Catcher
+1 Max Potion
+2 Ultra Ball
+4 Prism Energy
+4 Blend Energy {M}{W}{L}{F}
Total: +17

I have edited the original post to reflect this change.
