Strategy:
Hello, this is my first post in Deck Garage, and my first time making a deck from scratch, so if my deck list is horrible I apologize. I wanted to make a Metal deck due to the lack of them I have seen. The main issues I thought of while making a Metal deck is the presence of Charizard EX and Pyroar, therefore I wanted to add ways to take them out. Klinklang is there to combat Charizard EX, with its ability to prevent all damage from EX if a pokemon is Metal, it also stands up to every EX (except for the exceptions such as Genesect G-Booster.) Pyroar on the other hand is a separate issue, but Cobalion EX move, Steel Bullet, it can hit Pyroar despite its ability. I also included Lucario due to its ability that makes it a Metal Pokemon if it has a Metal energy attached to it, making it immune to EX with Klinklang. Lucario also has amazing late game potential with more prizes the opponent taking powering it up more and more. The problem is that Cobalion EX and Lucario can't one shot, therefore the Muscle band attached to Cobalion and Lucario (with the opponent having taken one prize card) can one shot Pyroar. I have regular Cobalion due to its good moves.

The strategy behind this is to try and lead with one of the Cobalion while setting up the Klinklang line asap with Level Ball and Heavy Ball, and to set up Lucario for the late game advantage.

I haven't done any testing with this deck (due to the lack of online cards I have), but I could potentially see problems with it, such as Lucario needing a Fighting energy. Again, this is my first deck I've made from scratch, so help will be very needed and appreciated!

-1 Klang, -1 Level Ball, -1 Juniper, -1 Muscle Band
+2 Klink, +2 KlingKlang

I run a similar deck. just from personal preference.
I like to run a 4-1-4 KlingKlang with 3 Rare Candy.
Like other Stage 2 decks, everything revolves around getting KlingKlang going.
would add a Lysandre and maybe a Escape Rope.
maybe add a Skyarrow Bridge as your Stadium, since retreat cost a bit high.
I find 12 Energy a bit on light side. The burn rate is a high, typically 3 energies.
also because there is no Energy acceleration in deck... have to attach energy each turn to keep up.
might try Hammer or Team Flare Grunt to slow down opponent (typically with some sort of Energy acceleration).

I run x2 Double Colorless Energy. for Lucario.
but I also have a Mewtwo EX. just to counter Mewtwo/Psychic and/or high energy opponents.

Not bad at all for a first attempt. I'd probably do:

-1 Klang; Rare Candies are the preference way to get Stage 2's out.
-1 Colress; First turn Colress for one. Not fun.
-1 Level Ball; You already have a decent amount of search it seems.
-1 Professor's Letters; Wouldn't run any more than one. The only reason I might run one would be so that you could Skyla for an Energy.
-1 Metal Energy

+1|2 Klink
+1 Klinklang
+2|3 Rare Candy

A solid Stage 2 line typically looks like a 4-1-4 evolution line with 3|4 Rare Candies.
