Strategy: The strategy of this deck is to use Klinklang BW to move energy around and Klinklang PS to protect your pokemon. Cobalion EX is a great attacker, and can KO Sigilyph, since it's attack ignores any effects on the defending pokemon. Virbank/Hypnotoxic is like 3 plus powers in 2 cards, just some extra damage there.
 
I haven't really played this format, so I'm not sure if this will help, but I've been playing Hydreigon, and I found out that turn 2 Hydreigon, Klingklang in your case, is a must. And personally, I think it is better to play 4 rare candies instead of 3 and 1 Klang. To me, I find it just as consistent without the klang, plus rare candy is skylable. So I would:

-1 Klang
and
+1 rare candy

I tested it and the 4th rare candy can help, but you have more search options using a Klang. If you got unlucky and you can't draw the candy, you can heavy/ultra ball for a klang. But thanks for the advice, it's a very valid option.
