Dark rush was only recently released in Korean it is there newest set. From what I know the black to dark rush sets are the same as the Japanese sets. Though to note there release date coincide with the English equivalent set. With the B/W sets you tend to get 2-3 Ultra rares and 4-5 Holo's.

Series 1-10 each set is a mixture of Diamond & Pearl Sets aswell as Platinum sets.
As you can see every series set has either 40 or 60 cards in a set a booster box consists of 30 packs 5 cards per pack. There is only roughly 4-5 holos a set when you get a box usually you get 1-2 Ultra rares and 7-8 holos that is just the norm. Each set and box is different

Korean Boxes I have Opened:

Well korean pokemon cards are becoming increasing popular it just gives a little insight in korean cards. Check youtube in the last 9 months there has been like 60 korean openings. I came on here for info there was none so I thought why not make a thread. English pokemon cards are boring lol

I question how necessary this thread is?

How necessary are any of the threads?

This one at least gives insight into how other countries handle the game.

For those of you who are interested in Korean cards, be sure to check out http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/thread-non-english-card-traders-please-read-if-you-have-foreign-cards

I am quiet interested in korean card and have one Psycho drive booster box on the way :) From what I have been seeing on youtube, the pull rates for the new EX sets seam to be 5 holos and 1-3 EX from a box, so even if you only get one EX you still only get 5 holos. Shinys seam to take the place of the holo. 5 holos out of 30 packs might seam low, but it is probably taken from the english ratio as the korean packs are basically half packs, so its more like 5 holos out of 15 packs..

Yeah the pulls are as you said check me out on youtube i opened up a korean dark rush box . We have a website if you want more info on korean cards

Videoland,

Thanks, thought I'm not really gonan trade atm at least.

I got my booster box today, and ended up pulling Mewtwo, Kyogre and Shaymin EX! Since I've seen people pulling multiple of the same EX I was very happy about getting each EX. Sadly Mewtwo and Shaymin seam to have some line running throught the card, I guessing its some kind of priting error.. doesn't look like something that could be done during damage throught shipping and the box was well packed.

The website, is in the works of a revamp. I am collecting editors to help update the site, let me know if you're interested.

I recommend you change the yellow font your designer used for his name, it's only visible if you highlight it - just a small note.

PS - Prepare for a lot of work if you decide to use phpadmin/sql for database entry hehe :p

What do you mean his Name ?. Well, It does take time to do yes. It's about 60% complete, I just need to complete all the set lists and information. I need to finish all the deck lists and special set information. I have added a little forum in, not anything too fancy just thought it would be fun. I checked the views of the website, I am getting 100-200 unique views per day, turns out it's a rather popular, considering Korean Pokémon cards aren't as massive as Japanese and English. It's one of the first websites, you'll find if you type in Korean Pokémon. I am aiming for September, I have another person helping but he isn't free till the summer.

Um...you completely missed the point haha.

It is odd that you credited yourself in a VISIBLE color and the designer in a NOT VISIBLE color on your site. I'm just saying that putting yellow text on a white background is not...good design ;)

Also, this thread is going off topic...it should be about Korean cards right, not site promotion.

When did Korean cards first start being made? I'm assuming it started at series 1?
