Or maybe just similar to chansey. It has over 150HP at level 50, making me think that it's either a second or third stage evolution.

thoughts?

korimori evolves from a fuzzy from paper mario it evolved when you wet and it shakes like a dog and turns fluffier

Its:

Basis stage
1st stage
and 2nd stage

... but I think its basis stage, although we dunno yet ;b

You know, it could just have a high base HP stat.

I spotted that aswell and it got me to thinking. I reckon it'll evolve but I don't think it's a second stage poke. It may get a ridiculously unneeded pre-evo in a future gen, but not now (or hopefully ever.)

Its probally at a thing like the battle tower which makes alll pokemon lvl 50

You know, there has to be a reason for Koromori's round design, perhaps to have another bulkier bat species. (For that matter, how are we so sure it's even a bat?) Maybe it's like Qwilfish and doesn't evolve. I do hope it does, though.

I'm with Tyking i think it will evolve one more time then that's it, or there's a 10% chance it won't evolve at all, in no way will it evolve two times.

I think it's a basic pokemon, and I would presume it would not be as common as zubat in the caves

Well... high HP?

A Chansey of level 50 has her HP between 310 and 357. So with 162 HP at level 50 doesn't immediatly mean that it has an high HP stat.

With a base HP of 100 its HP would be somewhere between 160 and 207 (minimum and maximum stats).

But it could also have a base HP of 60. That would mean its HP is somewhere between 120 and 167 (minimum and maximum stats).

It all depends on whether it's trained bad or not. But since we could assume that these Pokemon aren't even trained at all and just programmed to be level 50 I think it's somewhat safe to say that its base HP is somewhere around 80.

And 80 isn't very high, at least not Chansey-like. It is pretty decent if it is indeed a basic stage Pokemon. But Pokemon like Jigglypuff leave Koromori way behind with a base HP of 115 for example. Anyway it would be fun if it indeed turns out that Koromori has a base 80 HP.

With a base HP of 100 and a hindering nature its HP would be somewhere between 160 and 207.

But it could also have a base HP of 60 with a beneficial nature. That would mean its HP is somewhere between 120 and 167.

Thanks for the analysis. Now we know it's not at all crazy to think that Koromori is a basic evo. But just to hairsplit a little, natures don't affect HP. ;)

Oh god.. it's too early in the morning xD

Sorry I apologize, I edited my previous post. I meant maximum and minimum stats, not hindering and beneficial natures.

I presume is a basic stage.Yesterday a guy named wolf616 posted a link of a honduran white bat and was similar to Koromori.Someone said that maybe it could live in forest and i agree with him because in almost all the photos i saw they were in a big leaf.

I'm female. But yeah, it looks very similar. Even the darker colour of the wings matches the actual animal.

I hope and think it will evolve at least once. Preferably into a ghost bat.

[Offtopic] Does anyone know if it's likely to see the official art, for all these newly released Pokemon, in the next Coro Coro?[/Offtopic]

We'll get more art for sure, but no idea which pokemon. They didn't mention anything in particular in the last one, and the only thing we know about for the next issue is that it's suppose to talk about "the start of your journey."

I think it is an evolved Pokemon because Tsutaja next to it has way lower HP. We'll have to wait and see!
