This is more of a theory deck, but I think it mite b cool.

Kyogre & Groundon Legend x 2-2
Suicune & Entei Legend x 2-2
Bronzong x 1-1
Smeargle x 4
Feraligatr Prime x 2-0-2

Pokemon: 18

Legend Box x 4
Interviewer's Questions x 4
Professor Oak's New Theory x 4
Switch x 3
Pokemon Communication x 4
Indigo Plateau x 1
Rare Candy x 2
Junk Arm x 2

Techs: 24

Rescue Energy x 2
DCE x 4
Water Energy x 12

Energy: 18

Strategy: For turn 1, set up with Smeargle. Use Pokemon communication to make sure the lonely LEGEND halves are in the deck while receiving Bronzong/Feraligatr, then you can better use Legend Box. Smeargle's power/PONT for deck circulation. On turn 2 evolve Bronzong and Gatr, then use the Pokemon Communication/Legend Box/Junk Arm combo to set up LEGENDs and Gatr/Interviewer's Questions to supply the Energy. The end goal is to use KGL to waste cards with a small shot at destroying their bench.

dont use ho-oh legend it is very bad and u know that rain dance is only for water pokemon and that ho oh would be useless in that deck because its not water.plus why would u use it if it is so hard to get out and u cant really use it in the deck. instead of smeargle u should use cleffa and tyrogue.

Ah right. Rain Dance only works for water pokemon. Well the Ho-Oh would have to go. The deck is geared for LEGENDs though, so I'd probably switch for Suicune & Entei Legend. Thanks for that.

Also I chose Smeargle over Cleffa/Tyrogue because it can use it's ability without attacking, meaning with the right setup I can attack t2.

-2/1 Rare Candy
+2/1 Croconaw.
What if you're trainer locked or can't find rare candy?
Croconaw is easier to search for then rare candy.

trainer lock is so uncommon. but i'd still run 1 croconaw. and would remove 1 interviewer....
