Kyurem Lock
Pokemon 24
3-2-2 Feraligatr
3-0-2 Vileplume
1 Jirachi
4 Kyruem
1 Cleffa
2 Pichu
2-2 SEL (Suicune Entei Legend)
Trainers 22
4 Sage's Training
4 PONT
2 Fisherman
3 Rare Candy
3 Twins
2 N
4 Collector
Energy 14
8 Water
2 Rescue
4 Rainbow

Basically, you spread as soon as possible with Feraligatr powering up Kyurem, getting in 2-3 Glaciates most likely. Then you set up Feraligatr (with energy), SEL and DCL as attackers to take advantage of the spreading, taking easy prizes by picking off their support.

After not having as much success with CaKE I wanted to take a stab at this deck, I'm not sure If DCL is going to help that much. Personally I'd rather run Victini (V-Create attack) just so you'll have something to counter against Durant at the very least as long as you have a full bench.

Here's how I'd run the decklist:

Pokemon (22)

4 Kyurem NV
3-2-3 Feraligatr Prime
3-2-2 Vileplume UD
2 Victini (Col. # 15/101)
1 Jirachi UL

Trainers/Supporters (24)

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Rare Candy
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Twins
3 Sage's Training
3 N

Energies (14)

11 {W}
4 {R}

Deck Total: 60

I'd love to find a way to run Cryogonal NV (Ice Chain attack) in here but you need {R} techs to get around Cobalion (ran in CaKE and the Truth) and Virizion (ran in 6 Corners) which straight up murders this deck like no other.

Hope that helps and good luck.

^Why are you running 4 Candy with only 3 stage 2s in the deck? Why 3 Fisherman, when you aren't discarding energy? Why Victini and SEL without Fire Energy? That makes them useless. Regarding the OP, here's what I'd do:

-1-1 DCL This thing doesn't really do anything that SEL can't do better
-2 IQ No clue why people run this, just flat out draw and you'll be better off
-2 Fisherman
-2 Energy Retrieval I have no clue why these 2 are here, you aren't discarding any energy
-2 Cheren Outclassed by Sage's Training
-3 Rescue Energy You've got 4 Kyurem, and Super Rod is better if you need 5-6 anyway
-2 Rainbow Energy Without DCL, you can run Fire since Kyurem's attack has a colorless anyway

+1 Pokemon Communication This isn't trainer-lock. max this out
+1 Junk Arm ^
+1 Pokemon Collector ^
+4 Sage's Training Auto 4 include in any stage 2 deck
+2 Fire Energy see Rainbow Energy
+4 Water Energy Needs moar energy
+2 Super Rod lets you recover Energy and Pokemon, reusable by Junk Arm, replaces 7 cards in your deck

Yeah forgot about the Fire Energy, maybe 4 Rainbow then for better energy consistency? 3 Stage 2's? I have 1 3-2-3 Gatr Prime line in my build. My problem with Sage's Training is what If you're Item Locked? FSL since you can't play Super Rod?

I'll see what I can do...

I took some changes into account.
I wasn't sure about DCL, I agree with taking it out.
I need energy recovery because people can easily KO Kyruem.
Still taking advice:)

I feel like I need some more attackers for after Kyurem attacks. Ideas? A thicker line of SEL?
Edit: There is one person who plays item lock and dominates. PDL might combat it.
