Sorry if this has been answered before, but do we know which Lv X's are gonna be in the tins in LA?

Well, we kinda sorta do. In Germany, an early image of tins were released to a local card shop. The tins were Mewtwo and Rhyperior Lv.X! They have the same exact artwork, as the Japanese images do. This has not been confirmed yet, but in all likelihood, it will happen.
I doubt Magnezone will be in a tin. Mewtwo tin will sell like hot cakes.
They still didn't make the MD tins yet either. Porygon-Z and Garchomp. But I has been confirmed. Mewtwo.
There is an ebay(that is located in the USA) that is presaling them at a fairly cheep price. around $12 each, but you have to pay for shipping
rypherior lv x will be selling really well,too.it has 170 hp!
I just want a leafeon/glaceon tin...

Mewtwo and Rhyperior Lv. X are the only confirmed tins I know of thus far. And, I'm willing to bet they'll be the only two in this wave, as the promotional image released a while back showed them to be the only two tins in the display case, which is a tad odd though, as tins usually come in threes.
