Would Lake Boundary make your Psychic Pokemon have x2 weakness If you had Azelf Lv.X which (makes your Psychic Pokemon have no weakness) or would Azelf Lv.X stop it.
Azelf LV X states that your Psychic pokemon have NO weakness, which means there is technically no longer a weakness printed on the card. Lake boundary would not override Azelf's body because of this. If there is no weakness to multiply, then it will not work, of course. :]
