Landorus EX and other cards aren't standard. Before I help, do you want this to be Standard with a Lucario/bats deck or Expanded?

That's true. I will give suggestions for Worlds' Standard then. It kind of gets confusing when some people in deck garage write standard as pre-fix but is a XY-On deck.

Very nice list, I only recommend a few changes.
-2 Trainer's Mail (I don't think the deck really needs it)

+1 Shaymin EX
+1 Lucario EX (Gives an extra Lucario EX to help against Seismitoad EX)
 
The deck list look pretty good, but I have a couple thoughts on this deck list. Being a veteran Lando/Bats player, here are my recommendations:

+1 Shaymin EX (not all decks run this, but in the current meta it is a great tech. Plus it speeds up deck, and can easily be accessed from all the Ultra Balls.)
+1 Ultra Ball (This card is great, especially since you run Shaymin. It just benefits the deck in so many ways, I highly recommend you run 4 of this card.)
+1 Fighting Stadium (You never want to go in a game, knowing you are guaranteed to lose the stadium battle. This deck is not that great late-game, and trust me you want every advantage you can get.)
+1 Switch (It is true, you have a lot of Pokemon with free retreat cost. But you can never be sure, and this card can save you games.)

-1 VS Seeker (Very few decks ever need 4 VS Seekers. Period.)
-2 Trainer's Mail (This card is useful, but not required. Also, because we just put Shaymin in, it is okay.)
-1 Escape Rope (Honestly, this is a risky card. If you feel it benefits you deck enough, keep it. But through my experiences with running it, it is not worth the risk.)

Other than these changes, the deck list nice. By the way soon you are gonna need to change this to Expanded, but for now it is in Standard for the upcoming Worlds. Sorry this is so long, but I couldn't help it. Also, if you are going to Worlds, good luck! :D

Why no Landorus to recover discarded Fighting energy and provide some energy attachment acceleration?

You may want to also consider incorporating a Startling Megaphone too in order to discard your opponent's attached Tools (a tactic used here has been to attach a Wide lens to a Manectric EX in order to KO active and benched Bats...) which seem to be quite prevalent now.

Lastly, you might want to consider running 2 Lucario EXs instead of the 1 - which could be prized. In some matchups, e.g. against Toad, you'll need the Weakness diversity that Lucario EX has. Secondly, you may need another Lucario EX's card drawing capability after te first is KOd or discarded. I'd suggest replacing 1 Hawlucha for a second Lucario EX
 
Also Uxier, update your deck list if you are going to use people's recommendations. By doing this, it allows other people to see your current deck list, so they can participate too. Also, I want to make one myself, but I need an updated deck list to see if it is relevant. All this is assuming you used any of our recommendations! :p

Just keep it updated with your current deck list.
