So the strategy is to power up landorus turn 2 by getting an energy in the discard and attaching 1 manually,once he is powered up you use his Gaia Hammer attack to spread damage on your bench which powers up the dragons outrage attack allowing for easy type coverage.
 
Looks okay, but I'd remove the energy search and defenders to max out sage's, juniper, and pluspower. Also, Catcher will be released with Kyurem, Landorus, and Eviolite I believe so just replace it in the list.

How about:
-3 Energy Search (These are bad IMO)
+3 Engineers Adjustments (Energy in hand to discard+Draw 4)

-1 Pokemon Collector (4 is Overkill)
+1 Defender (Can save you from OHKOs)

Feel free to disagree I haven't actually tested your list.
