this card says that you can search up to 3 different types of basic pokemon, so that means you can either find 1 or 2 or 3 different types of pokemon, is that right???

i checked already....
what i'm trying to ask is whether you can search for one type or two type or three type cause the card says "search your deck for up to 3 Basic Pokemon"...
so my question is can i find from 1 type to 3 types of pokemon???
 
I think it means...
1 Grass type
1 Ground type
1 Psychic type
NOT
1 Metal/Electric type
1 Ground type
1 Fire
AND ALSO NOT
1 Metal/Electric type
1 Electric type
BUT YOU CAN
1 Metal/Electric type
1 Grass type.

What did I miss?
 
i don't get it too... >.<" wat if my deck have chansey(Colorless),lickitung(Colorless),Abra(Psychic),Exeggcute(Psychic)... if i use lanette which pokemon can i look for and how many of each?

You can get one, two, or three. But if you get a dual type pokemon that counts as 2 different types.
