what do the rules say on the languages of decks. I live in canada where french and english are both official languages so can I have a deck with all french cards and have no translations.

You are required to have a reference card if you are using a nonlocal language card in your deck. Right now the limit on foreign language cards is 10% of your deck. I believe it is going to switch to no foreign language cards next year if I recall correctly.~Mark

As per Tournament Rules.pdf under section 15.8, you can use English and French cards without the need for a reference card or card-dex; as both English and French are local languages for Canada.
