Hi, BBsSearch here. Literally just ran into a guy, on PTCGO, who took a decklist/concept from me a few weeks back, and turned it into something else. I had to track him down. (Apparently, he's never even played me before. Yeah, right. I document all battles. You should, too!) Lo and behold, we met again. It runs off a togekiss engine that I put a lot of work into, and obviously is doing great. Anyway, I felt the need to blow up the list, since that's basically what he did to mine. Do with it what you want. It should be standard, but I ran into it in expanded.
ENJOY! I'll take the credit for it. That's how this works, right? I, myself, haven't played it. However, I know for a fact the idea is there, since It's all kind of the playstyle that is mine.

The strategy is this: run 4 devolution sprays, invest more energy than this guy, serene grace, do the Lapras GX thing, repeat.
I personally would have stuck to the original engine that I have, but what are ya gonna do? Some people just can't play their cards right. xP
