Ruling Latias EX's Power.

I have a question about Latias EX d power, is it if I attach one Energy to Latias/Latios/EX or after I have already attached one.

EX: Latias EX d is on the bench along with Latios EX and I attach a Fire Energy to Latias EX d does my turn end?

Your turn ends only if you USE Latias EX's power to give it the energy. If you just used your normal energy attachment for the turn, you can still choose to use the Latias EX's power, and if you do, then your turn end after the energy attachment by the power.

Latias Power gives you an extra energy attachment. You can still attach on energy without the power, but you can use the power, and attach an 2nd energy, but once you do, your turn is over.
