Energy:
16 Grass Energy

The basics of this deck is an early Item lock made possible by Sunkern. Sunkern searches a Grass-Type out, puts it into your hand. The first grass type that I Usually set up with is Oddish and 2 turns get into Vileplum right away. after a 3 turn set up the goal is to start setting up back-up attackers with the dragons and then swing with a Yanmega.

out of the 21 games i play tested only a few did not net the results needed to take down stage 2s, but overall it is VERY consistant with all of the Search/Draw power. Unlike the fighting aspect decks which this deck is desigied to take on, the ability to set up is far greater beacuse of Sunkern, which out of 21 games set up 18 times in the first 2 turns. the other 2 losses were due to 2 Prized Yanmega and a Yanma.

Any feed back to help bolster this deck's speed would be appreciated, as well as any advice or comments. Also, other than the obvious, please include any techs for or against this deck list. All play tests were conducted in Redshark.

Reshiram with no fire energies? And aren't the grass energies too many for a deck that usually attacks with 0?

I would do this:
-2 Circulator (What's its use?!)
-2 Collector
+4 Dual ball
Dual ball is a trainer so it doesn't use your supporter for the turn (unlike Collector) and can be re-used with Junk Arm. Oh BTW you don't have Junk Arm:
-2 PETM (Communication+Sunflora >>>>>>>>>>>> PETM)
-2 PONT (4 is overkill, especially when you have 3 Copycat and 3 Judge)
-2 Grass Energy (16 energy for a main attacker that can attack without energy o_O)
+1 Communication
+2 Junk Arm
+3 Starters (you can choose)
Final note after this deck surgery: It's Sunflora that searches for Pokémon, not Sunkern.

while Yanmega's body is nice it kind of forces you to rely on it, and there really is no need for fire energy when outrage sets up easier

i am really bad with coin flips so i wont be using dual ball and i never really need to reuse trainers so i dont play junk arm, but i will look into the suggested changes thanks. I just dont want to be in a position where i HAVE to rely on Yanmega's body thus the energy count. but again i will try out the changes and see if it works out better.

Really shouldn't play other trainers apart from communications/rare candies in deck with vileplume. I suggest you remove 3 reshirams, 2 circulators and 1 collector. add in 2-2 metapod to remove weaknesses and 2 rare candies. since you have stage 2 in deck.

well i played the changes and im not doing so well with them... it seems like im trying to force the deck now...

That's because the idea wasn't really that good in the first place. However, you can use Pichu to get all your pokemon out in one turn.

When you Pichu, when you start your next turn, it's easy to play a sunflora, then use sunflora to search for sunflora, then use sunflora to search for gloom/yanmega.

mate hes playing vileplume Add 4x dual ball you idiot? lol >>
play 4 copycat instead of 3
and maybe ad 4x judge ( you want 2 atack at free cost dont you?
thats al the advice i would give right now XD

Why do you have Reshiram? I know you want to tech against Emboar, but you have no Fire Energy. Take out Reshiram and put in a 2-1-2 Samurott line, and also, take out 3 or 4 Grass Energies and add an extra Copycat or Water Energies., because with one Water Energy, Samurott can OHKO ALL Fire type Pokemon in this format because he hits for super effective.

Reshiram is basically a revenge attacker more than a tech against any one pokemon TBH. plus it's high HP makes it kind of a wall - its not in there for it's 120 attack, just Out Rage.

I had considered Pichu initally, but its not very good in the long run as it helps your opponent out, and thats the last thing we want...

@maximumxz:
Finally some one that gaets it! lol but thanks for that i'll try out more judge/copycats - that might pick up the slack.
