Ruling LBS

LBS stands for Lugia EX - Blastoise EX - Steelix EX. It is a powerful deck (that I hate) that has won numerous State Championships. The key is to use Blastoise's energy rain on either Lugia or Steelix EX and then use Holon Magneton/Electrode (to meet needed energy types) Lugia EX does 200 to the active and Steelix EX does 100 to whoever. This deck is practically unstoppable (except for a few decks, me being one of them) and costs about 200$. Hope I helped.
