the correct term is BLS stands for
B-either blastoise or blastoise ex
L-lugia ex
S-steelix ex

Blastoise attaches two energies to either Lugia or Steelix. You then slap a Holon's Trode onto one of them and start smacking for big damage. That combo allowed Lugia EX to attack every turn for 200 damage.
