I played this deck in states and did quite well with it. I dont like the 1-1 Slowking. I had that for a LC and honestly I dont think I ever got it out. I've seen the Hoopa plays, but I didn't play that or Latios. Not to say you can't play them, just be careful with having Hoopa on the bench for an easy Lysandre. I will say the main focus of the deck that worked for me was starting with Toad, and building Tina. I ran 4 toads and 2 tina's which helped me get Toad for start more often than not. Item locking early while I could build Tina for a OHKO or to take out a Jirachi early really helps. But I think most of my games were won by Toad item locking and forcing your opponent into unfavorable dicissions.

I'd

-2 Slowbro/Slowking
-1 Team Rockets Handiwork

+1 Team Flare Grunt
+1 Escape Rope
+1 Silent Lab
