say what pokemon you target. flip. if heads 50, and either way repeat. finish when you have rolled or flipped for all the pokemon
 
You have to announce the target first, then place the damage counters on the pokemon you've announce if you flip heads.

You continue targeting by announcing which pokemon your going to attack until you've attacked all of them.

Ex: i use Draco metor i pick my first target is your claydol on the bench Roll HEADS YAY 50 TO CLAYDOL. Then your active gallade NO I FLIPPED TAILS (and so on intill all the pokemon on your opponents side have been targeted)

ok, draco meteor do damage all pokemon, if you opponent have 5 Pokémon, you flip 5 coins, if you flip 3 head, only 3 Pokémon will be damaged.
 
mmm... i have another question...

If i play 3 plus power with draco meteor... and my target is the active pokemon... and i get a head. My oponnent must put a active pokemon after o before i flip the second coin? (this is for plus power effect for the second pokemon).
 
If I am interpreting your question correctly, no, if you KO their active, they don't put out a new active untill after your attack is finished.
 
Drigo: When attacking, finish the attack and put damage counters on any one who was damaged. Then, if any pokes have enough counters to be knocked out, KO them then.
