Decided to make a PMD fanfic. Hope you like it. If you want to submit a team, go ahead but I might change some stuff)

Main Teams
Team Name: Deity Fire
Pokemon: Charizard, Aggron, Salamence
Leader: Dialga(He's one of my favorites)

Team Name: Mystic Force
Pokemon: Gengar, Alakazam, Flygon
Leader: Garchomp

Team Name: Heavy Metal
Pokemon: Golem, Steelix, Scizor
Leader: Aggron

Team Name: Fighters
Pokemon: Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Lucario
Leader: Blazekin

All I got so far and Salamence isn't the human even though he's the main character. Can anyone guess who the human in this is(It's a main character)

Episode 1

A pokemon is lying unconsious
Aggron: Hey you okay?
Charizard: He's not responding...
Dialga: Get him to the hosptial
A pokemon is waking up on a medical bed
Salamence: W-what the...
Aggron: He's awake Dialga
Dialga enters
Salamence: Who are you?
Dialga: I'm Dialga, the legendary pokemon who controls time.
Aggron: I'm Aggron
Charizard: I'm Charizard
Dialga: Who are you?
Salamence: Salamence
Then Nurse Chansey came in.
Chansey: He's ready to get out of the hosptial
Dialga: Good(Turns to Salamence) Do you want to join out team?
Salamence: You saved me, sure
So, Salamence joined Dialga's team and they were to have a great adventure.
Ninjask: So should we attack them for the fun of it
Gabite: Houndoom...
Houndoom: I'm on it
Houndoom uses Flamethrower on Ninjask
Ninjask: Ow!! What was that for?
Houndoom: We'd be the one getting attack. We need to find a weaker team
Cacturne: Heh will do
Houndoom: Well Boss?
Gabite: Let's do it
Meanwhile...
Palkia: Dialga has a team, I better find him or make my own team
Meanwhile...
Aggron: This is Seaford City
Salamence: Sure is big...
Charizard: You should meet the mayor
They go to the mayors mansion
Aggron: Mayor Rampardos, we want you to meet someone
Rampardos: Oh? Who is it?
Salamence: My name is Salamence
Rampardos: WHAT?! The Legendary Outlaw Hunter Salamence? It's an honor to meet you. What brings you here
Salamence: I moved here but I went unconsious due to a nasty storm.
Aggron: He also joined my team
Dialga: Aggron...
Aggron: Sorry Dialga
Rampardos: Well enjoy life here Salamence. I'll alert the city. I'm sure Cheif Alakazam wil love to have you on the force.
Salamence: I'll go see him
Aggron: I never knew he was famous
Charizard: Me either
Dialga: I'm surrounded by idiots
Aggron: If you knew, you shoud have said somthing
Dialga: I didn't feel like it
Salamence can't even walk one step without being reconized
Salamence: It seems I'll have no problem getting used to this city
???: Help!!!
Salamence ran toward the scream
Aggron: Wait up!!
Charizard: Man he's fast
Pikachu: G-Go away
Bagon: W-what do you want
Ninjask: We want to play...
Houndoom: ...the hard way
Cacturne: What's wrong, scared
Gabite: Take them away
Salamence: Hold it
Gabite: Oh no, it's Salamence. RUN!!!!
Salamence: No you don't Take this: HYPER BEAM
The Hyper Beam knocked out all 4. Soon cops took them in
Haunter: Thank you Salamence
Sablye: We couldn't have busted them without your help
Salamence: No problem
Pikachu: Thank you Mr. Salamence
Bagon: You saved us
Salamence: It's my living: Busting outlaws

Salamence life here is just beginning. What will he do? Find out in episode 2

Salamence is walking when he sees a buliding
Salamence: Hey what this?
Charizard: This is the place where all exploration teams stay. It's run by Machoke. Let's go in
They go in
Aggron: Dialga how do you fit in here?
Dialga: Shut up
Aggron: Sorry
Houndour: Isn't that...
Dugtrio: It's the famous Outlaw Hunter Salamence!!!!
Machoke: WHAT?!
He run out of his room
Machoke: It's an honor to have to in here Salamence
Salamence: The pleasure is all mine
Machoke: I see Team Deity Fire has recruited you.
Salamence: Yeah
Machoke: It's been a while since we worked together
Everyone except for Dialga: WHAT?!
Dialga: Why didn't Arceus give these guys brains?
Machoke: Yeah, Salamence and I were once Regional Outlaw Hunters and were on the same team.
Meanwhile...
Kirlia: When do we strike?
Grotle: When the boss gives the order
Charmeleon: Where is he anyway?
Crocnaw : RIGHT HERE!!!
Charmeleon: Let's do this
Back at the city....
Machoke: What happend to the other 2?
Salamence: T-They...
Machoke: Well?
Salamence: They died
Machoke: What?!
Salamence: I don't know what happend
Meanwhile...
Dark Electrode: Master Groudon. We have found what we been looking for.
Dark Groudon: Good. All we have to do is find Celebi, but first, We need to corrupt Zapdos. HEAD OUT!!!!
Dark Dragonite: Shall I go there?
Dark Groudon: Yes...
Meanwhile...
Kyogre: I figured. Groudon has been corrputed by darkness.
Jirachi: So you already know?
Kyogre: Yes, Dialga already knows. Warn the rest of the legendaries but warn Rayquaza first
Jirachi: Got it
Jirachi goes to warn the other legendaries while Kyogre is wondering what happend. He hopes Rayquaza can do somthing.
Back at the city...
Shink: W-Who are you?
Dark Muk: We want to play
Dark Gabite: We want to play the hard way
???: Enough
Dark Gabite: Y-you?
Dark Typlosion: Who'd you expect? We don't have time. We got to go before Dialga, Salamence and their crew find us.
Dark Muk: You got lucky but that's not gonna happen next time
Meanwhile...
Rayquaza: Groudon, what happend to him?
Jirachi: We don't know Rayquaza
Rayyquaza: Dialga might be able to help. I'm going to find him
Back at the city...
Salamence: I see. So that's Groudon's plan
Dialga: Yes..we must stop him no matter what

Not trying to place intentional offense, but this is constructed horribly.You don't have a good storyline and the parts are too close together. There's not even a clear plot, for Par's sake.
