Ruling Level X, BREAK, Pokemon Powers, and Abilities

Another Unlimited format question that I'm pondering...

A Level X Pokemon says that it retains attacks, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, etc.
A BREAK Pokemon says that it retains attacks, abilities, etc.

So if you Level-X'd a newer Pokemon with an ability, does it keep it? Or if you BREAK-evolved an older Pokemon with a Pokemon Power, Poke-Body, or Poke-Power, does it keep it?

Abilities and Poke-Powers/Bodies are considered different by the game even though they function similarly. Raichu BREAK would not retain Powers/Bodies and Raichu Lv. X would not retain Abilities.
 
What about if you take an old-school with a Pokemon Power (before they were split into Poke-Power/Poke-Body) and did a Level X on them? Do they keep the Pokemon Power?

Like if you take Base Set Machamp and Level-Up with Stormfront Machamp Lv.X?
