Wi-Fi Trades LF Skill Swap Exeggcute

Hi guys!

I'm looking for an Exeggcute knowing Skill Swap (and maybe Harvest, but I could teach it my own Harvest Exeggcute I just caught a few minutes ago) to start Infinite chaining for my Pokémon. Because I'm somewhat new in this (Pokémon Sun & Moon are my first games on N3DS) and thus, I've never done anything like this before, I'm not sure, what should I do… I mean, what's required for me to do the trade of said Exeggcute? I could hope in Wonder Trade or GTS, but I'm not sure, if that would work, so… is there anything special to make it sure I get the actual Exeggcute (the one woth Skill Swap from another previous game)?

What I can trade for the said Exeggcute:
e.g. Gulpin (named ゴクリン) I got it from GTS and it has 6IV; Impish Nature, Liquid Ooze Ability, moves: Acid Armor, Pain Split, Destiny Bond, Curse; Male, Lv. 1
my own Gulpin I bred from that ゴクリン; same moveset, Naughty Nature, Sticky Hold Ability; Female, Lv. 1 (only has 3 perfect IVs – HP, Att and Def)
or another Gulpin I bred; same moveset except for Destiny Bond which I changed for Yawn, Careful Nature, Liquid Ooze Ability; Female Lv. 7; 2 Best IVs, 1 Fantastic

Except for Gulpins, I have some Mantines, Lickitungs, Seedots, Houndours, Shroomishes, Remoraids, Phanpys, Stantlers… almost all of them have max. 3 perfect IVs or less
