XY Living Dex?

If I made a living dex to help me through ORAS, (I only have Y right now) should I use foreign pokemon, non-kalos pokemon, neither, or both?

By foreign Pokémon, you mean Pokémon from cartridges with another language?

If so, I think it doesn't make a difference xD

I'd use mons from both Kalos (although only 1-2) and non-Kalos (mainly Sinnoh and Johto, since the game takes place in Hoehn.)

EDIT: By non-kalos, I meant non-kalos born.

I pulled several from Diamond, Platinum, and Black/White and BW2. It was pretty easy with Poke-transfer lab and Pokemon Bank. Honestly, the hardest part was seeing what I had v.s what I needed and getting them organized. I wanted to avoid re-catching things I could simply transfer. I would do what is easiest to you.
