does anyone know about a stadium that doesn't allow you to shuffle your deck? and a pokemon that everytime u attach an energy all your oppenent's pokemon take 10 damage?

none on the first question.
electivire lvx has a pokebody that does 20 damage every time your opponent attaches an energy.

don't know about the first one. it would be fairly useless card though.

secondly 1 rage780 is right about electivire or you could try forretress from LA. although its a body and a coin flip, and damge potentially can go on everyone. not sure if there are any others cause i am too tired to check right now
 
Raikou SW is the only card that will do definate damage when you attach an energy. You do not get to do a 10 spread, but tossing 10 on a single Pokemon is probably as close as you can get. I must admit that Forretress would be the best option for what you asked.
